Born Wild Weekend: 9a Service

Geez. Good morning y’all. I like, like folks that get up in the morning and go to the first service. Gosh yeah, dinner last night. I don’t know what it I’m a feeler, sorry, cowboys aren’t supposed to cry, but I feel what’s going on in, in a room, and it’s just a really weird thing. And this church has got a tremendous history and it’s had some hardship and it’s still standing and flourishing and the glory of God is,

And yeah, that, that’s exactly what I would expect from y’all because you know what I’m talking about? There’s, there’s just so much adversity and things that we go through through the course of our life individually, we do it as families, we do it as communities, and we do it as a church. And but the resilience that God has has actually given us access to, makes it to where we can sit here without being caught up in the pain of the past or the, the regrets. But we get to actually see all those stories come to a place where there’s healing. And I feel like we’re at a place this morning where papa just wants to offer healing. And I just don’t know of a, a single scenario of, of Jesus telling someone, I don’t want to help you. He just didn’t do that.

And so if we’re a family and we’re getting ready to have an encounter with Jesus, which I hope that that’s really what, what’s gonna happen today, because this, this could be like a stage set in a dog and pony show, and I do my thing, and you guys get entertained and you go home. And to me, that would be, I guess I’d call it tragic. Like it’d be tragic for all of this to have happened. And, and that’s all that happens. And, and so what we can do is we can, we can get our hearts set in a place where we realized we waited our entire life for this moment, and we can kind of do that every day. But we did wait our whole lives for a moment like this. And so I don’t do this all the time, but if you’re comfortable, put your hand on the shoulder, grab a hand, do something to the person next to you.

Because when we’re when we’re getting ready to have a meal as a family, we, we love to hold hands. And it’s, it’s more than just liking to hold someone’s hand. You’re, you’re doing it because it’s, it’s a, it’s a sign. It’s a, it’s a covenant. It’s, it’s a unity thing that we’re in this together and we wanna share the strengths that we have. We wanna share the burdens that we have, and we want to do this together as a family. So if we’re going to eat, we’re gonna eat, we’re gonna be fed the word of God, and whatever holy spirit’s gonna do in you, we’re, we’re doing this together. So Father, we’re holding hands because we just wanna be a, a sign of a covenant that you said that you desired, that we would become one with each other so that the whole world would know what your glory looks like. And we invite you, holy Spirit, to do whatever it is that you wanna do so that our lives would be healed and transformed and made it to where we leave this place with a power that looks like the sons and daughters of God in Jesus’ name.

Amen. Okay, so on purpose Bri over here, he picks these horses for me. And then it’s like a big secret. It’s like Christmas morning that I get to get to see the horse. I don’t know anything about her other than she’s two, which in human years, it’s, she’s, she’s fully well, she’s, she’s an adult. She’s fully sexually mature. And it’s the time when typically they’ll, they’ll start a horse. So up until now, she’s never been saddled or ridden, but she has been handled and meaning that she’s gonna have a certain familiarity with people and she has enough knowledge to, to not be completely freaked out by the fact that I’m this close to her. And you can lead, lead her around.

She’s, wow. You ever had an argument with your wife?

Okay, so negotiations, it’s like she’s got a lot of stuff running through her mind right now. One, she’s in a really unfamiliar place, but two not really sure why this doesn’t hurt, by the way. She, they kick each other and don’t hurt each other. So what I need her to understand right now is that her world is fixing to change. And that today, this, this day has made it where we’re gonna start over here. How about we go the other direction, huh? Is that gonna be more comfortable? Not sure what, what’s gone on with her that’s made it where this is, this is how she’s wanted to do life. But it’s like somebody gets stuck and enough has happened to where she shouldn’t have a ton of confidence. She’d literally rather take a beating than take a risk. Come on, sweetheart, we gotta move. We’re not gonna be able to learn if we don’t move.

I don’t know what happened somewhere along the line when women started getting, well, that’s just rude,

There’s been an oppression that’s made it where women have lost their voice and they’ve had to use all sorts of tactics and anger and resistance to make it to where they can actually be heard. Again, we’re gonna do this different sweetheart, but you’ve got a, there we go. Okay. Just lick in her lips and looking at me, giving her me both her eyes. We’re gonna call that good enough because movement to her right now is just too intimidating. Yeah, those are musicians, they look funny, but we’re gonna give her a voice back because whatever’s happened that’s made it to where timidity is, is what she’s used to, to feel safe. That I don’t really have an opinion. I don’t know how to voice what it is that I’m feeling that people have just kinda had their way and not necessarily outta cruelty, but when a horse is lost this much confidence, I hope that the people in the room that are actually finding out what it is that I’m saying right now, realize that she does not have to stay stuck here. And I’m not sure how far we’re gonna be able to get with her today, because

Force doesn’t even work anymore. And when a heart shuts down and there’s enough trauma around it, that we’re not really having rational conversations. And so whatever it is that shut down inside of her, we’re gonna work with that. Because her familiarity with people and being able to just stand here and her willingness to let me lead her just this much. Yeah. What happened,

Got this could take a minute. Oh, baby. So for real, she’s kind of scared and doesn’t understand. And I love that we have the amazing stories of Jesus and what he would do in a situation where he runs into people that, there’s an amazing story about this woman that he approached that was, we refer to her as the woman at the well at a girl. And she was shut down. She didn’t, she she was so oppressed that she was actually offended that Jesus would talk to her and had questions that were completely out of context. And she wasn’t even actually engaging in the fact that she’s standing there in front of a man that knew everything about her. And because of the trauma of her past and what the lifestyle that she was leading and what was going on in her story at that time, Jesus out compassion realized how it is that he was gonna deal with her. And it wasn’t to shame her, it was that

He, she,

She needed to know that he saw her. And this woman, he’s, he asked her, he said, go to town and go get your husband and bring him back here. And she said, well, I’m not married. And he said, well, yeah, I, I know. And you’ve been married. What, what was it five times? Do you remember ridden been married a a bunch of times and she’s the, the man you’re living with now, you’re not, not even married to. And she’s like, wow, you must be a prophet. And so he established with her that, yes, I’m a man of power. I need her to know that I do have authority. I do know things that are important to her, and she already understands. I gave her two chances to kick me and she didn’t. So she, she understands the authority that she’s being confronted with, but Jesus in a way that not only Jesus, now us as his sons and daughters can do, we can have an interaction that makes it to where you sit, feel so seen and so understood that even right now in language that you guys can’t hear, her and I are having really, really deep conversations because she’s feeling what’s going on inside of me, and I’m getting to feel what’s going on inside of her. And the transaction and the communication, the, the, the ability to feel safe and understood for a minute is what it is that Jesus offered to this woman.

And there wasn’t much of a discipleship program for her. It was like, you’re Jesus, you’re the Messiah. You’re God, I’m having a conversation with God. I’m gonna go tell the whole town about it. This is for real. This isn’t like something that I read in the books or the prophets told me about. I’m actually getting to have interaction with God. And from her or from there, she just went and became an evangelist to her entire town. And she didn’t have a lot of trust or respect in the town. In fact, it’s quite the contrary. But because of this encounter that she had with Jesus, it made it to where she carried in authority, a testimony of, of who this, this man Jesus is. It’s a good girl. Really good girl. Move a little more.

Wow.

She’s like, I’m good. We’ll stay here all day. So sweet. Do you know you’re loved?

Who?

We live in a world that it demands so much of us. I think people have got a skewed view on humanity because we’ve, we’ve got a, a, a real high level of entitlement and privilege. We live, we live with so much, but that doesn’t eliminate the pressure that’s put on people to perform and to to produce. And it looks different now. But because of the way the human soul was designed apart from, apart from the bigger picture, this generational eternal perspective on life, we, we get so dumbed down that we don’t know what to do. So we’d rather do nothing than move it all. And it feels like shame and it feels like judgment. And there’s reasons why she is this way, because I promise you, when she was young, she used to run and kick up her heels and play and she didn’t really know anything. But she at least knew how to play. She knew how to run around and have fun. And whatever’s happened that made it where, where she’s lost that zeal for life. It might not happen here in the next 35 minutes, but she’s gonna get it back because there’s people that are gonna fight for it. But I feel like that’s what’s happening in this room right now. And all I can go on is the fact that I believe that God chooses the horses for the people. And that there’s really, really critical moment here for some of you in this room, that you’ve just gotten numb

And your ability to dream, your ability to, to live an aggressive life that looks like you’re a part of this eternal kingdom that’s gonna last forever. And that you’re one of God’s sons, you’re one of God’s daughters, and with that, you’ve inherited an amount of power and influence that makes it to where the whole world is gonna live in response to the glory of God that’s being put through you. I just said a lot right there. So nobody’s ever been on her and she hadn’t been saddled. So for a horse, me getting on her is kind of the big day. You could say, maybe it’s the day you get born again. You’ve given your life to Jesus. You’ve made a decision that this, this power that I don’t understand, this God that I don’t understand. I actually want him to have my life. And so this might be the very thing that helps unlock her. Or we might just stand here, but nonetheless, while she’s quivering. So that’s at least something. I don’t want you to be afraid, sweetheart. This is gonna be the most exhilarating day of your life. And it’s only gonna get better because I’m the one that started the great work in you. And I’m faithful and I’ll continue this great work.

Had a girl, at least she knows now where to look. And we’re living in a world that we don’t know where to look. We don’t know who to trust. We don’t know where truth is. All we’ve got is a world filled with opinions and division, and it’s causing confusion. And if you wanna know how a demon smells, he smells like confusion. I don’t know if that really is an odor, but horses can tell it. Dogs can tell it. Confusion actually does something to us in our bodies. And our bodies remember this stuff. But if it brings peace, the prince of peace, the counselor, the wonderful one, so good. It might not seem like a whole lot for people that are aren’t familiar with horses, but, but this posture right here, she’s maybe a little bit slow to move, but she’s not dumb. She’s smelling me right now trying to figure out why am I on top of her? People aren’t supposed to be on top of me. Not really that big of a deal. But why, why are you there? You were built for this sweetheart. You just didn’t know it. And I’m so sorry for all the things that’s

Crushed your confidence. But from here, there’s nothing you can’t do. I’m not holding her. When Jesus was walking around, he eventually when he started doing public ministry, he was, he would gather crowds. It was just, he was doing signs and wonders and miracles. And there was a, like a huge number of people, more people than, than he would be able to get to. And, but one guy said he said that he needed Jesus’ help and asked if Jesus was willing. And Jesus said that he was. And I, I feel like she needs to know that she needs help so that I can help her. And there’s a room full of people sitting here, not really sure what does this have anything to do with anything. ’cause This doesn’t look like much of a horse training thing. Exactly. The point is isn’t what gets done here, it’s gonna be what’s happening here. And we need to know that we need help. And our father is so quick to say, I’m wheeling. You wake up.

That’s

Good. I love the variety, the uniqueness of everybody’s story and personalities and what it is that’s going on inside of you right now. Because I know for some of you, this is a really big deal because this is where you’ve been stuck for a really long time. And the emotional, the emotional side of this, again, I’m not holding her head to her. She’s absolutely fascinated with one where I am, but two, with who I am. How is it that she’s gone through her whole life this far? And is this fascinated by another human being? That’s good. You are amazing.

I think,

I don’t know how many horses I’ve worked with in my life, but I’ve never had this. And it’s just testimony to the, it’s almost like we try to make each other like each other or like ourselves. And she is so unique. Her story is so unique. Her past is so unique. The way she’s processing information right now is so unique. There’s not a, there’s not a template for you and your life. There’s principles, there’s, there’s core values, there’s belief systems that we all hold. And if it doesn’t look like love, and if it doesn’t look like peace, if it doesn’t look like what it is that Jesus was able to do, I’m not talking about the signs and the wonders. I’m talking about being able to walk into a crowd and fully be himself regardless of what the crowd was doing. Because the only thing I actually can do right now is be myself. Keep my own peace, allow that to be the thing that’s, that’s actually directing the conversation. And in the way we lead and the way we feel about what’s going on around us. If you want some adjustments in that this morning, I don’t know if you’re ever gonna see another more vivid example on what it’s like

To just be at peace because the fear’s going away and she’s gonna learn how to move with this peace right now. She doesn’t want to. She would rather, ’cause that’s not, that’s actually not a comfortable, A horse won’t just stand around like that, but she’s fascinated with it. The smell, the feelings, what it is that she’s sensing. She can tell my heart rate. She knows what’s going on inside of me. And there’s, there’s the part of me that like, well, I really wish we could do something now. ’cause I’m a little bit a, well, I’m extremely a DD and so not moving isn’t generally a comfort place for me, but for her, this is it. And she knows if I’m asking her to move there, if she’ll turn her head, then I won’t ask her to move anymore. So we’ll see if we can convince her to go the other direction. What do you think? That’s good. Backwards. Sideways. Forward, forward.

Because

I promise you she is powerful. She is so powerful. And right now she’s just not using it. But wow, that was good. That was really good. I’m still here. Yeah. All of me. I wonder what it was like for the leper when Jesus said, I’m willing. And he had been an outcast from society for who knows how long to where he was considered an unclean person. And what would it be like to be so cleansed that now not only the people around you are no longer rejecting you, but you yourself feel clean. And the damage that happens when we don’t feel clean is that we have to go into hiding. Because every one of us, including myself, is always wanting to make sure that what the people see of me is good. But if I know there’s something inside of me that’s filthy or something that’s hidden, then I can never actually live my life with the authority or the, the excitement or the aggression that it is that I was designed for.

Baby, I,

There’s a passage it talks about people trying to come out of a lifestyle of performance and just doing what they’re told to do because that’s the way that they can function in society. And they’re shifting, like it’s an internal culture, internal mindset. All of their emotions, their psyche, their their spiritual DNA is shifting from doing what it is that you’re told to do so that you can get along with people to falling in love. And when she goes face to face with me and puts her nose on me, she’s wor learning what it’s like to be in love and that I don’t have to be driven around. I actually just wanna find out what is it that Jesus wants? What is it that Jesus is in love with? And I fall in love with that. And I promise you that I’m not here for any other reason. I wish I had time to tell you my backstory and how all this has happened, but it’s not because I decided I wanted to go figure out a way to impress people or figure out a way to impress God. Something happened somewhere along in my journey where a, a really wounded kid learned how to love. And

It wasn’t just love in a, in a human way. It was the kind of love that made it to where I’m willing to lay my life down so others that would live. And fortunately, I haven’t physically had to lay my life down, but I know that we do live in a nation where there’s a whole bunch of men and women, millions of them that have done that. They’ve laid their life down so that others can live us in this building. But Jesus said that if we could present ourselves to him as a living sacrifice, that it means that I don’t have to die to be a sacrifice. That I’m gonna live and I’m gonna walk and I’m gonna do these things because there’s nothing else for me to do. I’m in love. I I do need encouragement. I do need to be told what to do at times only because I don’t know what to do. Not because I have to live a life of rebellion to enjoy the grace of God, but whatever it is that freed her up, it wasn’t the whip, it wasn’t the rules, it wasn’t the laws, and it wasn’t my dominance.

Somewhere through this process, she had to fall in love. And the instruction that comes with it, it can be nothing but kindness and love. And the good part about us having this good, good father is that he said, those that are my sons and daughters, I’m gonna give them discipline. And I know that in, in some people’s mind that that’s like, oh, that’s why when whenever my car breaks down, God’s disciplining me or I get hurt, God’s disciplining me, or he had to break my leg so that I would stop doing that. I’m not gonna answer that for you, but I would ask you to really question that and see if that’s consistent with what you saw in Jesus. The only people that he actually got really hard on, and he wasn’t afraid of confrontation, I promise you that. But the people that he really had a problem with is these ones that had a religious spirit on him that said, I’m representing the God of creation. Yet the only thing they were doing to people was harming them, making them feel so timid that they didn’t know what to do. All they could do was figure out how to be hidden. Just stay invisible. Show up to church, mind your manners. Don’t make any waves. Sit back and be a victim. They became victims. And Jesus said, you’ve searched the scriptures. You know what the Bible says?

That you’ve missed the point of it all and you’ve denied the fact that there’s actually a power that comes from God, that he wants to impart into people, to make it to where we are not just created in his image, but we’re actually living in his image and the authority that it gives us to where she actually wants to trot. Now, I’m not sure if we’re gonna do that, but the confidence that’s coming, and I’m waiting, she hasn’t, at least I I haven’t saw it. If she did do it, I might have missed it, but she hasn’t taken those two ears off of me. So she’s in the stage of, I guess what you would say is, I don’t know. There’s people in here that don’t know anything about Jesus and you haven’t given your life to ’em. And I’m gonna say, today’s the day. So the conversation’s over, you don’t wanna run away from this. And whatever it is that you thought Jesus was about, rethink it. Realize that apart from him, that we are gonna live our lives this way. Separated, lost, scared, maybe wild, whatever it looks like in your life. But this is what the love of love of God does. And but for the rest of us,

If you’re a believer, I’m gonna ask you what you actually believe in because right now she’s starting to move her ears. But we hear things said, and I know the point of it, so I’m not, I’m not making mockery of it, but fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and the fisher finisher of your faith. Faith there you go. Focus on Jesus. Focus on the ways of God. He was an all part God in all ways, man. And he learned how to be so attentive to the voice of the Father that he didn’t just stay fixed on the Father. He got fixated on what the father was fixated with. His attention was given to what it is that heaven’s attention is on. And church,

If we’re gonna see revival, if we actually want to be a part of a larger story that makes it to where we’re, we’re gonna be a nation that’s rescued, and we’re once again gonna be a nation that’s like a city on a hill where people are drawn to our likeness, then it’s gonna require for us to decide that we’re not gonna sit in these seats any longer and just listen to people preach. We’re not just gonna figure out how to have better manners or, or do things better in our life. We’re actually gonna realize that we’re being enlisted into an army that’s the last day’s army, that is supposed to be the tip of a spear of what it looks like to be fully human. And if I’m fully human, that means that I’m, I am absolutely captivated by Jesus and the love of God and filled with his spirit Whenever she turns her ears forward, what she’s doing is she’s saying, I see what you see and what had to happen first. I know she’s turning away from you, but maybe the cameras are catching it, but see what her ears are doing. Curiosity’s getting a hold of her. She’s not having to just focus on me because she’s wondering what I’m gonna do. She’s looking around

And she’s examining what’s going on in a world that’s in so much chaos. She looked right at you all there for a second, just for fun. Would you guys clap? She was very unimpressed with that. Or she’s still just captivated by this. We’re gonna try it again when she faces you and you guys are gonna just have to do better than that. See her licking her lips.

It’s not just a sign. It’s actually so good, man. Can that preach? I’m telling you, the world is demanding our attention and sometimes it’s like all systems go, we alert, we’ve gotta look at what’s going on around us. But check in with father, check in and just say, what, what are we doing here? Holy Spirit, what are we doing? Let’s do this. Well, again, back to marriage. Holy crap, we’ve been married for 30 something years and we were high school sweethearts, and I was a knucklehead when we got married. And in marriage, things can go from zero to 60 so fast that I’m like, uhoh, how do I, how do I stop this? And this is not my wife, okay? This is all my doing. I promise you that’s why we’re married this long is because she is supernatural. And but me checking in with what happens when, when I get triggered and I’m not the man that I wanna be, I’m not conducting myself the way I wanna be, she was like, what’s going on? That sounds like chaos out there. She doesn’t know what you are, you’re just one big moving thing. I don’t think she sees you as individuals and

It’s shocking. But then immediately, the only way she can respond to it is come back to me and say, what are we doing? I’m like, nothing. It’s just noise and manage yourself. Stand in the middle of it, and eventually you’re gonna know what to do. And when it says that we’re slow to speak and we’re quick to listen, you’re the only horse that’s been in here, so that’s your mess freedom. And in the training world, you know, we go from here to where we want to get ’em to where they’re more responsive to our movements. But right now, I’m not even having to put pressure on her head to get her to change directions. She’s paying such close attention that,

Hmm,

I asked her to do something. She said, no, <laugh>. So she is two. We didn’t have to teach our kids to say no. I’m not sure why. That’s just in their vocabulary from birth. But she said no understanding where she’s at. I’m not sure why she said no. She’s saying yes now, but,

Hmm,

I will just keep asking. What she’s gonna get caught up in is this lifestyle of staying so connected to me that it’s not just simply about being told what to do and doing it. And I’ve just got to make sure that we get this. We’re, we’re running outta time. You’re gonna leave here with an opportunity to have an encounter with Holy Spirit that makes it to where you being filled with the love of God and you invited Holy Spirit to do this. You being filled with this love that makes it to where you live a fully human life. You’re not crippled by the fears and the insecurities that you’ve picked up in your past. You’re someone that needs to be healed. Like the man that was asking Jesus if he was willing. We’re standing here like a bunch of kids saying, Papa, we need your help. We need healing. We need to be made whole. Is there anybody here that agrees with that? That we need to be made whole? Yeah. And if, if that’s what we’re doing here, we’re becoming whole. And we have this promise where Jesus said that I’m gonna go away and unless I go away, the the counselor

Won’t come. And, and when Jesus went away, that he actually breathed his spirit onto people and made it to where we now are the church. Your body is the temple. You’re the sacred place. All the covenants, all the things that happen happened inside the temple, it’s happening within us. And this becomes a supernatural lifestyle that makes it to where we actually are like Jesus. We’re never gonna be the Messiah. We’re not the one and only begotten one of of God, but it was Jesus that gave us the language. It wasn’t our idea to be sons and daughters of God. It was his idea. And if he’s the one that adopted you into our, into the family, then what is it that’s standing in the way of us being parented? Well, because I need to be parented. I need to be fathered in ways that at this age, in ways that I didn’t even realize was necessary for a human to do. But I need it now more than ever. And the fear and the insecurities and the things that made it to where I just wanted to keep the peace, I wanna remind you, that was Jesus that said that I didn’t come to bring peace. Remember, he’s the prince of peace. But he said this, I didn’t come to bring peace, but a sword.

There is gonna be a division you’re going to have to decide. Don’t get me wrong here. I’m not saying we become divisive people because people in this self-righteous way are doing damage to people that they don’t agree with in the world. But he said that there is gonna be a division, and you’re gonna have to make a decision on who it is that you’re gonna be. I’ve gotta make a decision on who I’m going to be. And if I’m a follower of Jesus, that means that the attributes that Jesus had, the personality, the the characteristics, the the power, the words, what he represented, that now becomes what it is that we get to do. And there is no middle ground. There’s tons of love and tons of grace. And this is the process. And I’m not gonna punish her for not having it all figured out. It’s gonna be a lifetime journey. And if we’re on that lifetime journey together, then it is that we do the exact same thing with everybody else around us, the timidity. I want to just pray really quick about this. Jesus, she gave us authority to tread on serpents that every foul spirit that you’ve given us dominion over.

So it’s authority that you’ve given us, that we, we stomp on this, this spirit of timidity that’s made it where we don’t know what to do and we’re trying to just keep peace. Help us to know what it’s like to be a part of your kingdom. This displaying such perfect love, that hate and evil have to go away. And we pray all this in Jesus’ name. Amen. I know we got another service after this and, but I don’t wanna miss a moment. Jesus, you showed us your ways. You showed up with us what it’s like to be fully human. You were tempted in every way. You know what it’s like to suffer. You know what it’s like to go through loss. You know what it’s like to actually wanna do something different than what it is that father wants us to do. So thank you for the compassion that you have for where we’re at right now, but we surrender that to you. Again, this is the cry of our heart, father, that you would make us clean, nothing hidden. Thank you for brand new courage. Courage to connect with each other so that we can

Bring our broken parts to each other and find healing. And together as a family, the world will get to see what your kingdom looks like. If there’s anybody here and you’ve, well, there’s probably a lot of people here. How about everybody here that feels like they’ve, they’ve held back, they’ve been, maybe you wouldn’t, people wouldn’t describe you as a timid person, but you’ve held back. You know that there’s more inside of than you in, in, more inside of you than what you’ve been displaying. I want you to stand with me. Oh, good. I’m not the only one. This more, it’s, it’s a, it’s a strange thing because that we hunger and we thirst for righteousness, yet we’re already the righteousness of God in Christ. So you’re standing because there’s something eternal inside of you. I see old couples, man, they’re old. I’m not gonna point ’em out, but they’re old. Like, how is it someone can be that old and still be humble enough to say, Papa, there’s gotta be more. And they’ve lived a lifetime of loving God and trying to figure it out and trying to raise a family and trying to figure out how to adapt with the times and the culture and the pop that’s going on around us.

It’s a miracle. It’s supernatural. This is what happens in a kingdom of light where we don’t grow out of this stuff. There’s a child likeness that stands inside us that makes it to where we long for heaven. And because we’re not on, we’re still on this side of the veil. Heaven’s inside of us just longing for this revelation. And the whole world is dying to see what it looks like. And I’m so grateful that I get the privilege to have at least some permission to have a voice into some people’s lives. To say that we actually were made for more. And it’s okay to be hungry without feeling like now you’re just a spoiled brat that wants more. No, he wants us to want more, that we hunger and we thirst for righteousness. So Father, you see us, you know us. Even the ones that didn’t have the courage to stand, you know us. So Father, thank you for a promise that said that you would do exceedingly, abundantly, above anything that we could hope, think, or imagine that you’re bigger than our imagination. You’re bigger than our dreams. You’re bigger than what our hopes or our thoughts were, and that you’ll do that. So thank you for trusting us with your kingdom and your wisdom, and we surrender our lives to you again. In Jesus name. Amen.
