Through these opportunities as part of our Czech Initiative, you can join in strengthening the church around the world.

Open hearts to the Good News

• Join a Discover the World short-term mission team as we partner with our Czech partners in establishing new churches throughout the southwest portion of Czech. Teams do sports camps and English language camps as outreach opportunities for our partner churches. No experience necessary.
• Use your creativity to help plan summer English camp programs, including assiting in writing a Christ-centered English curriculum, developing worship and study guides or leading musical and artistic activities. If you are gifted in media and the arts, there are opportunities for creating multi-media presentations on relationship building, youth challenges and marriage, as well as leading worship and drama.

Plant and nourish churches

• Pray for our missionary teams serving in support of the many small Czech communities without a Christian church, or choose one of our Czech ministry partners to regularly correspond with. Check the Missions & Outreach Prayer List now or contact us to learn more.
  
• Use your gifts in leadership, counseling, teaching and coaching to support the outreach and growth of our Czech partner churches. You may wish to participate in planning a marriage-building retreat, a short-term mission trip, or volunteer to host Czech leaders visiting Colorado--or travel with a Czech Initative delegation to participate in a short-term mission trip or leadership summit with our American and Czech partners.
• Form relationships with Czech nationals by participating in a summer Family Camp or Youth Camp in the Czech Republic--personal relationships are the building blocks of our mission in Czech, to strengthen the local church and help break down the barriers of atheism and relativism so pervasive in the former communist country.

Become a Sender

Senders serve on home-based teams to encourage and pray for our missions family and to help develop strategies to spread the ministry of Cherry Hills to all corners of the earth. Senders extend hospitality, pray, develop ministry strategy and tools, disciple, teach, write, encourage, and oversee significant budgets and more.
