Adult Education Ministry Assistant
This position provides administrative support, leadership support, and event coordination for the Adult Education and Singles departments.
This is a part time 25 hour per week position with a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assisting Pastoral Staff and Interns in all administrative areas

Creating publications for both departments

Scheduling, planning and coordinating special events
Skills needed are:

Intermediate computer proficiency, and ability to learn new software applications

Administrative Assistant – Liquid Student Ministry
This position will assist the Liquid staff with administrative aspects of student ministry, serve as office manager for the Liquid office and assist with coordination of large events.
This position is part-time – 25-29 hours per week, Monday – Friday
9-2:30 p.m., Wednesday evenings during school year and occasional
Sundays and evenings as needed.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Assist Liquid staff in all administrative tasks such as financial management, data and record keeping, weekly electronic communications, etc.
- Front-line contact person for Liquid: office presence, phone contacts, point person when needed.
- Recruit, train and staff volunteers for Kiosk check-in on Wednesday evenings.
- Serve as project manager for large events such as SKSK, appreciation events, training seminars and other conferences as needed and assigned within the overall Family Ministry structure.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
- Experience in Children’s, Youth, and /or Family Ministry
- Strong relational and computer skills
- Passion for children, youth and families in to the life of the church
- Flexible work schedule
- Proven and effective conflict resolution skills, personal professionalism and strong work ethic

PreTeen Intern-Family Ministries
This position will assist with ministry to preteens on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings.
Part-Time 10-12 hours/week, Sunday mornings, Wednesday afternoons and evenings.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Participate in planning and organizing Sunday a.m. ministry activities.
- Be actively engaged in the smooth running of Wednesday evening programming.
- Facilitate and lead a small group of boys.Assist in the recruitment process of volunteers.
- Build spiritually-based relationships with junior high boys; identify and encourage student leaders to serve in various areas of ministry.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong computer skills (multiple programming functionality).
- Working toward a college or graduate degree.
- Strong Biblical knowledge, ability to teach, lead others and work within a team environment.
- Passion for students and awareness of current youth culture.
